INGREDIENTS:-- Grape Juice-----------------1 liter(extracted from ripe grapes)
- Sugar-----------------------2 kgs
- Water-----------------------1 liter
- Citric Acid-------------------25-30gms
- Tonovin essence-------------20 ml
- Sodium Benzoate---------------1 and a quarter tea spoons
PROCEDURE:-
- Take fresh grapes and crush them using a wooden crusher....
- Boil the grape crush for 10 minutes........
- Now,strain the grapes , measure the juice and put it in a vessel/container...
- Take sugar,water,citric acid in a separate vessel and heat until the sugar dissolves completely......
- Now,filter the syrup and cool it to room temperature.......
- Now, mix the syrup, juice, tonovin essence and Sodium Bizoite and stir well....
- Store the crush in air tight bottles...
- Finally, mix water and ice cubes before consumption....
- The cool grape crush is ready to serve!!!
