INGREDIENTS:-
- Chicken------------------500 g
- Cornflour----------------4 table spoons
- Maida--------------------1 table spoon
- Chilli sauce---------------3 table spoons
- Soya sauce---------------1 tea spoon
- China salt----------------1 pinch
- Onions-------------------2 no.s
- Salt and pepper to taste
PROCEDURE:-
- Marinate chicken in chilli sauce, soya sauce, china salt and half tea spoon salt for 2 hours........
- Fry 2 onions and add ginger- garlic paste,soya sauce, chilli sauce, china salt and marinated chicken.....
- Now, add a pinch of sugar
- Lastly, add cornflour and maida(mixed in water) and cook for 5 minutes....
- Garnish with chillies, coriander and mint leaves and serve hot!!!
