MUSHROOM CURRY


INGREDIENTS:-
  • Mushrooms-----------------200 g
  • Onions----------------------2 no.s
  • Tomato---------------------2 no.s(large)
  • Cumin----------------------1/2 tea spoon
  • Turmeric-------------------1/2 tea spoon
  • Ginger-Garlic paste---------1 tea spoon
  • Curd------------------------1 cup
  • Chilli powder----------------1 tea spoon
  • Salt-------------------------1 tea spoon

PROCEDURE:-
  1. First, wash and cut mushrooms and tomatoes...
  2. Heat oil and add cumin seeds and onion and fry to golden brown....
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes, salt and chilli powder and cook for five minutes...
  4. Add curd, mushrooms and a small quantity of water and cook on a low flame for 10minutes...
  5. Finally, remove from fire, garnish with coriander and serve hot!!!!
