VEGETABLE PURI


INGREDIENTS:-
  • Wheat flour------------------4 cups
  • Carrots----------------------4 no.s
  • Potatoes---------------------4 no.s
  • French beans----------------10 no.s
  • Green chillies----------------6 no.s
  • Coriander leaves------------1 bunch
  • Jeera powder---------------1 tea spoon
  • Turmeric powder-----------1 tea spoon
  • Ghee------------------------2 table spoons
  • Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Steam all the vegetables an mash them into paste...
  2. Mix all the spices and vegetable paste with the wheat flour..
  3. Now, add some ghee and water to make a dough...
  4. Finally, divide the dough into small balls and prepare puries....
  5. Deep fry the puries to golden brown color and serve hot...!!!
