INGREDIENTS:-
- Wheat flour------------------4 cups
- Carrots----------------------4 no.s
- Potatoes---------------------4 no.s
- French beans----------------10 no.s
- Green chillies----------------6 no.s
- Coriander leaves------------1 bunch
- Jeera powder---------------1 tea spoon
- Turmeric powder-----------1 tea spoon
- Ghee------------------------2 table spoons
- Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:-
- Steam all the vegetables an mash them into paste...
- Mix all the spices and vegetable paste with the wheat flour..
- Now, add some ghee and water to make a dough...
- Finally, divide the dough into small balls and prepare puries....
- Deep fry the puries to golden brown color and serve hot...!!!
