INGREDIENTS:-
- Boiled Eggs---------------4 no.s
- Ginger and Garlic paste---1 table spoon
- Tomatoes-----------------3 no.s (Bangaluru variety)
- Malai---------------------1/2 cup
- Red chilli power
- Haldia
PROCEDURE:-
- Take the tomatoes in a bowl and mash them properly until they become paste....
- Fry ginger and garlic....
- Add tomato paste, Red chilli powder, haldia, salt, Dhania powder(Coriander seed powder) and ook well....
- Finally,add boiled eggs and cook for few minutes....
- Add cream before serving and the delicious dish will be ready to eat!!!
