INGREDIENTS:-
- Paneer--------------200g
- Green peas----------200g
- Veg masala----------2 table spoons
- Milk cream----------1 cup
- onions---------------75g or 2 no.s
- Ghee----------------2 table spoons
- Tomatoes-----------2 no.s(medium sized)
- Ginger chops--------2 table spoons
- Green chillies-------2 no.s
- Coriander
- Salt
PROCEDURE:-
- Cut the paneer blocks into cube shaped pieces....
- Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the paneer until the color changes to light brown and remove from the pan...
- Now soak the fried panner in hot water and remove after 5 minutes...
- Fry the onions to light brown and add chopped ginger,green chillies,veg masala mixed with some water and fry well.....
- Now add green peas,paneer,and very little amount of water and cook for 5-10 minutes......
- Add cream and salt to taste and tomatoes cut into eight slices(you can cut any no. as per your liking!!!)......
- Let the gravy thicken and remove from the fire when it becomes thick.......
- Finally,serve it hot garnished with coriander......
