SAGO KICHADI


INGREDIENTS:-
  • Sabu dana(sago)------------2 cups
  • Ground nuts----------------500 g
  • Green chillies---------------4 no.s
  • Pounded seeds-------------1/4 tea spoon
  • Coriander------------------1 bunch
  • Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Clean and wash sago in lukewarm water and drain....
  2. Fry and powder ground nuts....
  3. Heat oil and put green chillies and all the other ingredients ...
  4. Now, cover it properly and cook till it is done...
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.......

  2. pounded seeds are added finally before it is taken out of the pan....or before garnishing.......:D
