INGREDIENTS:-
- Whole moong-------------2 cups
- Green chilli---------------3 no.s
- Turmeric powder---------1 tea spoon
- Chilli powder-------------1/2 tea spoon
- Ghee---------------------1 table spoon
- Lemon-------------------1 no.
- Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:-
- Soak moong dal over night...
- Drain and tie in a cloth and set aside till they fully germinate....
- Now,heat ghee in a pan, fry green chillies....
- Now, add sprouted moong and turmeric powder and fry till tender...
- Add salt and chilli powder...
- Finally add lemon juice and serve...
