INGREDIENTS:-
- Maida--------------2 cups
- Butter or ghee------1 and a quarter cups
- Milkmaid-----------1 tin
- Water--------------1 cup
- vanilla essence-----1/2 tea spoon
- Salt----------------1 pinch
- Baking powder----- 3/4 tea spoon
- Chopped nuts------1 cup
PROCEDURE:-
- Beat butter until it fluffs........
- Now, mix milkmaid, water, creamed butter and chopped nuts in a sauce pan and bring to boil........
- Remove from fire and cool.....
- Add to the cake mixture...maida, baking powder and salt and beat well....
- Add vanilla essence and pour into a greased and well lined 8" cake tin.......
- Now, bake at 150 degree centigrade for 1/2 hours.........
- The cake will now be ready to eat.......
