INGREDIENTS:-
- Wheat flour---------------4 cups
- Maida---------------------1 cup
- Pepper--------------------1 tea spoon
- Cumin tea spoons----------1 tea spoon
- Turmeric powder----------1 tea spoon
- Beaten curd ---------------200 g
- Ghee----------------------8 table spoons
PROCEDURE:-
- Mix all the ingredients except curd....
- Now, add three table spoon ghee and then add enough curd to form a stiff dough...
- Make the dough into small balls and press into puries and deep fry...
- Finally, coming the most easiest step.....just serve it hot!!!!
