MUSHROOM BIRYANI


INGREDIENTS:-
  • Mushrooms------------100 g
  • Rice--------------------200 g
  • Onions-----------------2 no.s
  • Peas-------------------100 g
  • Cardamom-------------2 no.s
  • Cloves------------------4no.s
  • Bay leaves--------------4 no.s
  • Cinnamon---------------4 no.s
  • Oil----------------------1 table spoon

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Grind cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and tie in muslin cloth...
  2. Next, boil mushroom in surplus water along with muslin cloth ingredient for 3 minutes...
  3. Remove mushroom and muslin from the stock...
  4. Boil rice till half cooked in the stock and strain...
  5. Heat oil and fry onions along with bay leaves and mushrooms...
  6. Finally, add half cooked rice and steam for five minutes.......
